  The HVAC system is a complex unit of a combination of a building's heating, ventilating and AC units. The acronym HVAC stands for these three aspects. For most industrial or commercial buildings, it is reasonable to combine the three into one unit for easier maintenance and upkeep. The air conditioning unit of HVAC is for the purpose of keeping the temperature in the establishment cool enough to be comfortable for the occupants and enough to keep the moisture and dust away from the various equipments and machines which may need to be monitored continually. This means that there are certain areas of the establishment or building that will need to be constantly in a controlled thermostat for the equipment in it to function properly. While many large structures or buildings have a well coordinated system installed by professionals, in many cases, each unit in charge of heating, ventilation and cooling is made up of different parts. The main reason for this is that not all buildings
