Airborne disease control by implementing technological know-how.

Medical emergencies like spreading of certain airborne infectious disease require strategic planning and vigilance, mainly by the authorities and the relevant hospital management to ensure that all protection line up, including the ecological reins, are properly geared up to tackle the situation effectively, wherein the preliminary step is to set up a proper isolation room for withholding the spread of the disease. In case hospitals do not have sufficient facilities and do not take proper steps to carry out any unexpected airborne infection isolation, then the situation certainly leads to a disastrous condition which may take a serious turn and affect hundreds or even thousands of innocent lives. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning proficiency is essential for accurate ecological management especially in the control of airborne infectious disease outbreaks; along with these a proper course of action will prove to be helpful in the infectious disease management. The major purp...

INDOOR POLLUTION CAUSES AND PREVENTION

Image
Indoor pollution and concrete air quality have been listed as two of the world’s worst pollution problems. The microbial presence and concentration in air especially in hospital environments where hospital equipment are very extensively used are often of high concern. The indoor pollution aspects are mainly classified into four categories: UV organic compounds, volatile organic compounds, non-volatile organic compounds, and particulate contaminants. In general formaldehyde could also pose to be a highly volatile organic compound, but no smell is sensed if the concentration of formaldehyde may be a smaller amount and when the concentration increases, it can be recognised by the smell, and later to feel a stimulus to nose, eye and throat then discomfort. And at very high concentrations, tears are induced and an individual may fall into dyspnoea. And as the concentrations reach to greater concentrations, it could be fatal. In order to deodorize formaldehyde, an amine compound is includi...
